It was our 5th birthday recently, we didn’t do anything special because we couldn’t do it properly! Like a lot of businesses we are in a bit of a ‘Meh’ period. Everything seems a bit ‘Meh’, and it seems quiet in the town centre.
But with our plucky, Bumble spirit, we are not sitting around waiting for things to get better – we are making things better, and planning for the future of our favourite little pub.
We are really happy to be working with our neighbours to offer a new range of hot food. We are working hard behind the scenes to invest in some impressive outside seating area which will help to transform the whole look and feel of Westgate.
We are working on making the interior a bit more comfy with less of the famous arse-deadening Bumble Stools!We continue to fill our fridge full of crazy beers, and the cellar full of quality cask beers.
We will continue to work with our friends and neighbours in collaborative events like the no.1 Ale Trail, or Pop-Up food events.
